Our company was founded at the end of 1986 by Jaime Tapias Bosch, who, after extensive experience in the sector, decided to establish a company that could meet the needs of a growing market, moving from the production of home textiles to the production of high-quality items with greater added value (sportswear, denim, technical fabrics, automotive, etc.).
Mr. Tapias's entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen have enabled a transition from the early Sulzer and Vamatex looms to the ultra-modern Picanol air-jet looms that currently supply our plant, located in the l’Ametlla de Merola colony in Puig-Reig (Barcelona), which spans over 12,000 m².
It was in 2003 that our company moved to the colony of l'Ametlla de Merola. The new investment involved an expansion of our facilities, thereby improving working conditions for all staff and facilitating the implementation of the most advanced textile machinery with the aim of becoming leaders on the global stage.
